Hugo would typically watch TV while toying with
something. Often it was his nose, the remote,
or just about anything he could get his hands on.

One time, Hugo stretched this rubber band all
the way around his head, and it came across his
face just under his nose. He started watching television and sort of forgot what he was doing.

As he was watching TV, he began pulling the
rubber band from his face, stretching it to its
limits and then gently bringing it back to rest
on his upper lip. The inevitable happened
because he wasn't paying attention, and he
accidentally let the rubber band go as it was
stretched to its fullest. We heard this loud
"SNAP!" and turned to see Hugo rolling around
on the couch, gripping his face in pain. A little
while later, he was back playing with the
rubber band on his face again.
